Yesterday during Katelyn's afternoon snack time I decided to have a photo shoot. Love those dark brown eyes!
Now I know the old saying goes, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"- however, I don't think that's the case for this little love bug. She woke up this morning with a huge, puffy eyelid. I'm now praying the swelling goes down on it's own so we don't have to go to the doctor, but I guess only time will tell...

What happened to her eye? Did she have a sty? Evan used to get them ALL the time. Our eye doc told me to wash his eyes with johnson's baby shampoo to keep them clean and keep bacteria away.
Dr. McAdams recommended we take her to the doctor to be on the safe side and turns out Katelyn just had an allergic reaction to something she came in contact with. Glad it wasn't anything more serious, but makes me wonder what she is allergic to!
