"Be joyful always"

I have posted before that we are teaching Katelyn to memorize Bible verses and we are moving on to verse number 4. In all honesty, I picked this verse more for myself this week because I need to remember to be joyful always while I wait on God's perfect timing! Sister was due 2 days ago and I have been having a little bit of trouble being patient and joyful. So, our newest Bible verse is, "Be joyful always." 1 Thessalonians 5:16 Simple, short, and sweet! I have been able to remind Katelyn multiple times a day when those good ol' 2 year old whiny moments happen to be joyful always AND I am able to remind myself when I am getting anxious about sister coming to be joyful always, even if I want her here yesterday!!! So, today I am choosing to be joyful always because I know God has perfect time for sister's arrival!
On a side note about sister's arrival- the doctor wants to induce Wednesday the 17th if she hasn't come by then (that will be 41 weeks). Please be in prayer that the Lord will be clear if His will is for an induction or not. Right now I don't have a peace about inducing, but I also don't have a peace about refusing an induction. So, just pray that the Lord will make His will known to Jared and I, and pray for a safe, healthy delivery and baby!
